Did RFK Jr. just save America?
How Kennedy's endorsement helps Trump, a breakdown of Harris' DNC speech, and a call out of Biden/Harris' snub of the fallen 13
Good morning, Happy Warriors! 👋
Today is Wednesday, August 28, 2024.
We are 68 days away from the 2024 election.
Take a deep breathe - God is still in control!
Here’s this week’s edition of “What’s Up, America? 🇺🇸” as I head off to school this morning:
1.) Kennedy saves the election?

🗞️ “Democratic dynasty heir RFK Jr. endorses Republican Trump”
🔥 My take:
“A Kennedy Endorses a Republican” was the NY Post’ headline the morning after Bobby Kennedy endorsed Trump last week!
You might have heard the news in passing but didn’t understand the significance so that’s what I wanted to start out with today: this is absolutely major!
As of early last week, RFK Jr. was polling around 5% in most swing states. Now you might not think 5% is a lot, but it actually is! Trump is only leading Harris by 1-2% in most swing states so even if only half of Kennedy’s supporters get behind Trump after his name is off the ballot (and I think more than half will), it could be the extra push Trump needed to get across the finish line! This is by far the best thing that’s happened for Trump and Co. since Harris became the nominee last month!
I said here last week that to win the White House in November, Trump had to win over three groups: Nikki Haley voters, Independents, and disenfranchised Democrats who think Harris is too radical. This is a huge way to win two of those three groups! Bobby Kennedy *is* one of those disenfranchised Democrats who thought his family’s party went too far to the left so he can speak directly to his peers, and he spent most of his time in the race as an independent and can win them over as well!
Now, enough about Trump, as for Bobby Kennedy, he should be thanked! Everyone is falsely comparing Biden to George Washington even though he was forced to give up power instead of doing it voluntarily. Bobby on the other hand has spent his whole life trying to continue his family legacy and be president, yet swallowed his pride and put America first! He came on my podcast a year ago last week from the Iowa State Fair and I asked him in the back of his armored SUV if he would consider dropping out and making a unity ticket with Trump. He very quickly shut that down, so having him make a full circle change in a year and put our future over his own personal gain is very very selfless. I sent him a text last Thursday sharing that. I disagree with Bobby Kennedy on a lot - but he put his country first and for that he should be commended!
If you have some free time today and get super bored, here’s our convo from last year to watch:

🗞️ “Kamala Harris gives Democratic convention speech”
🔥 My take:
4-nights, countless celebrities, and primetime coverage: the biggest week for Democrats that comes only once every four years!
As all eyes were on the DNC in Chicago, as the Democrat’s new nominee faced the spotlight for the first time. This was their perfect opportunity to roll out their plan to fix our broken nation, but unfortunately that didn’t happen.
In Kamala Harris’ nomination acceptance speech, she mentioned Donald Trump by name 15 times. She mentioned the word inflation zero.
The sitting Vice President laid out no strategy to lower inflation, secure the border, or calm international conflicts: three things her administration got us in to.
As a national mainstream network cut from her remarks at the end, the host remarked “We didn't hear a whole lot about how she would be different than a Biden administration”, and I think that was the common thought amongst all Americans.
This wasn’t an isolated incident, every night, for four straight nights the DNC filled their lineup with speakers who told Americans how bad things would be under a Trump presidency. They told us how bad he is, called him names, and resurrected old 2016 attacks in a desperate attempt to flip the national narrative. That was the theme of the entire week: “We hate Trump. We have no plan to fix America.”
Before the convention began, Kamala Harris spent three weeks in the race without a single policy position. We she finally announced her plan to repair the economy, my generation was appalled! She wants to implement price caps, but clearly she slept through her history class. I learned in high school that the last time an American president tried price caps it was under Jimmy Carter. He attempted to cap gasoline prices, and prompted disastrously long lines at gas pumps nationwide. In Kamala Harris’ America, we’ll have bread lines and then we’ll certainly look like a socialist fantasy.
My peers are frustrated. We’ve seen that on social media, on college campuses, and even on the streets outside the DNC. My generation wants stability, not chaos. My generation wants substance, not fluffy words. We want a plan, a strategy to repair our broken nation, and we didn’t hear one Thursday night.
Thursday night was Harris’ test to set the tone of her campaign, and she failed miserably.
3.) Biden/Harris snub 13 fallen soldiers
[ABC]
🔥 My take:
This week marked the three year anniversary of the death of the 13 U.S. servicemen and women during the disastrous Biden/Harris withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Instead of spending the anniversary commemorating the fallen 13, Biden and Harris were nowhere to be found. Remember when the world was upset with Biden for checking his watch as the fallen soldiers’ bodies returned home? At least he showed up that day!
Come to find out, Biden spent the day vacationing on a beach in Delaware, and nobody knows where Harris was.
I can tell you two places she was not: she wasn’t sitting down for an interview and she wasn’t visiting the southern border!
She actually had the nerve this week to defend the withdrawal as something she was proud of and touted herself as being in the Situation Room when it happened. A Kamala Harris presidency is four more years of international disasters resulting in the deaths of more U.S. servicemen and women.
Trump, on the other hand, spent the anniversary at Arlington National Cemetery laying a wreath in memory of the fallen and meeting with their grieving families.
*.) What’s new…
