Brilyn Hollyhand has emerged as a force to be reckoned with in American political commentary at a remarkably young age. As an 18-year-old, Brilyn has already made significant strides within the political landscape, primarily through his engagement with conservative politics and youth voter outreach.
Brilyn's venture into politics began at the age of 11 when he founded "The Truth Gazette", initially launched as an email newsletter in June 2017.
By his teenage years, Brilyn had become a familiar face on national cable news networks including Fox News, ABC News, and Newsmax, where he provided his unique perspective on current events through the lens of Generation Z.
His commentary and analysis have been sought after, leading to numerous interviews with influential political figures, which he shares on his podcast, "The Brilyn Hollyhand Show," available on major platforms.
In 2024, Brilyn published his first book, One Generation Away: Why Now is the Time to Restore American Freedom, which quickly became recognized as a rallying cry for young conservatives and debuted at #2 on the Amazon bestsellers list. His political activism did not stop at media and literature.
Brilyn was appointed to chair the Republican National Committee's inaugural Youth Advisory Council for the 2024 election cycle, a role he embraced to directly influence and expand the GOP's outreach to younger voters.
In 2022, Brilyn earned the prestigious John Lewis National Youth Leadership Award from the National Secretaries of State Association. In 2023, he was named one of LA Weekly's "Top 10 Visionaries to Look Out For" highlighting his role as a political prodigy and an inspiration for young individuals.
Today, Brilyn serves as the Editor-in-Chief of his popular Gen Z newsletter, "What's Up America?" where he breaks down the week's top stories and gives his unique insight and perspective.
Brilyn Hollyhand's journey from a fourth-grade newsletter to a nationally recognized political commentator and best-selling author illustrates a precocious understanding of politics, media, and the power of youth engagement.
