Biden's lack of legacy
He grew the national debt to a number with more zeros than the checks his family cashed in from international business deals. He fell up and down stairs often but not as often as gas prices surged.

Good morning, Happy Warriors! 👋
Common sense has re-entered the room!
Today is Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
We are 5 days away from Inauguration Day!
Here’s a Bible verse with a good reminder as we go into this Inauguration week:
“Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.” Deuteronomy 31:8
And now, here’s this week’s edition of “What’s Up, America? 🇺🇸”, the last of Biden’s presidency, as I head back to school this morning:

When the history books are written, what will they say about Joe Biden?
He started his presidency claiming his goal was to unify the nation. He’s leaving office with both parties eager to see him retire.
He failed to keep the U.S. out of international wars. The one conflict he pulled us out of, he botched and has the blood of 13 service members on his hands. He grew the national debt to a number with more zeros than the checks his family cashed in from international business deals. He fell up and down stairs often but not as often as gas prices hit record highs. He offered no plans to repair our economy, and when recession was predicted he headed to the beach with Jill and Hunter. And finally, if you count the number of gaffes he had in front of cameras, it’s high, but not as high as the number of illegals that snuck across his wide-open border.
Here’s one positive though: we better count our blessings that a nuclear attack never occurred after 4 PM because he would have already been read his bed time story and tucked into bed!
No, the Biden legacy isn’t one of accomplishments for the American people. Instead of being a president for the American people, he constantly seemed to be one after the American people. Attempted vaccine mandates, social media censorship, and 87,000 IRS agents are just a few of Biden’s “accomplishments” that went after his citizens.
And don’t forget, the same guy who spent four years calling his chief opponent a dictator and comparing him to Hitler grossly overused the powers of the presidency and turned the federal government into a political weaponization agency to go after his predecessor.
That’s Biden’s legacy. That’s how we will be remembered. Not right now. Not immediately. But if and when history books become more accurately written by unbiased observers down the road, the Biden family won’t be painted in a pretty light.
The 11th hour pardon for his son to cover up decades of illegal business dealings? Yeah that won’t be a good legacy either.
So what will his legacy be? What did he do to help America? Remember his frequent stump speech phrase that he would “heal the soul of America”? Under Joe Biden, America’s soul was more divided and dimmed than ever before. Certainly not healed.
No, the Biden Presidential Library won’t mention any of his gaffes, disasters, international conflicts, or illegal crimes in it’s exhibits, and if MSNBC writes the next AP GOV textbook he’ll be described as the Pope of the West, but I have faith that one day we look back on this dark, four-year period and see it as a blimp before our greatest American comeback yet!

👕 Haven’t we all been looking for a non-woke, small business, American-made appareal company to proudly wear?
RiserUnited has a simple mission: to “Rise for the flag and stand United”! Can’t we all get behind that? RiserUnited is a new premium apparel brand that launched on Flag Day 2024! The brand was born out of disappointment of other brands sponsoring and supporting divisive messages. They wanted to create a brand with retail, premium quality fabrics with a message of American gratitude!

As a recent first-time voter myself, I connected with the owner as he was actually in the White House, with then President Nixon, as a 17-year-old when the 26th Amendment was signed allowing 18-year-olds to vote! Pretty cool!
